Pleasant, fairly clean venue with brilliant location just next door to the coast as well as Chetumal from time to time. Good staff with smiles. A good choice of DELICIOUS food at breakfast time. Awesome experience there.

The setting was good, a short walk to restaurants, shopping center, and the market. I greatly enjoyed the functional-style building and exceptionally clean and budget room. All the staff was attentive and outstandingly accommodating, resolving my issues. I did not want to leave and will be returning here soon.

Hotel was quiet and stunningly beautiful. Staff was attentive, and facilities were clean here. Good location short walk to a coffee shop nearby, and Chetumal from time to time because of family there. Outstanding and appetising food, great service.

Central position, swimming pool
The people at the reception have absolutely no knowledge for little tourist information, E.G. Timetable of buses, city tours - the easiest answer: take a taxi...

great staff,the bellman was very helpful...nice swimming pool. the beds was very comfortable.very clean rooms .shower work great.
TV in bot rooms were seedy... the rooms were a bit small.need to keep the pool side a little bit cleaner

The staff was super friendly. the location was marvelous, close to a coffee shop, indoor market, and restaurants. the budget room was brand-new and included a balcony.

The fact that it was in many ways similar to the 40 us dollar hotels out there in Chetumal.

Highly disappointing that the bar area which is supposed to be open from 5pm to 1pm actually closes at 7.30. There is little reason to stay In Chetumal at all. It was a stop over for me and wished I hadn'T.
